Shipping Info
The products are dispatched by reliable courier service like DTDC, DHL, FedEx, Indian Post and shipped after receiving the confirmed order. For same day delivery order requests, we deliver by hand through our franchisee in the local area. It is our endeavor to ship the confirmed order as per the delivery date selected by the sender. However, there can be an instance when a customer places an order of special unique products or customized products, which may take little time to arrange. In such situation you will be informed immediately the expected time frame regarding shipment of your order by phone or e-mail.
Delivery Status of an order can be given only on mail and not on phone.
We promise to deliver the order on the requested date unless there is any fault in the address / telephone or unavailibility of Receiver.
We do not promise to refund the money in case requested time could not be maintained and delivery does not happens on requested date as in the major cases this happens due to logistic part. Still we will refund the amount only on the Time delivery charges if so you have paid anything Extra.
Please note that the packing and forwarding charges upto shipment have been included in the price band of product.
